Woodland Walk and Meditation

MindMojo Moments - The Six Senses is an enlightening series exploring the heightening and enriching of a particular sense through the power Nature and meditation.

Enjoy autumn in all its glory with a gentle two hour walk through beautiful woods and fields in the Surrey Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

We will make time to be in 'present moment awareness' to observe and absorb this spectacular English landscape.

Part of this walk will be in silence, followed by a twenty minute meditation.

If you are not already a meditator you will be given guidance.

There will be a break for your refreshments and time to mingle and enjoy each other's company.

I looked up just above the tree line and to my amazement a white tailed eagle flew past making an unbelievable noise. Then there was another, high above, soaring around and later we heard a cuckoo.
It was a good feeling to be in nature, and meditating outside was a very good experience.
