I’ll take you through the simple process of learning the technique in a practical way and show you step-by-step how to use meditation to relieve stress and achieve deep rest, as well as making your life easier and more fulfilling.

Sign up for a MindMojo Vedic Meditation Course

MindMojo Vedic Meditation Courses consist of four 90-minute face-to-face small group sessions held over four consecutive days. During the course you will learn eveything you need to know to become a self–sufficient meditator.

Graduate and receive lifetime help & support

Once you graduate, you will receive the one thing that is usually missing from most other meditation teaching: complimentary ongoing lifetime support. You’ll also have the ability to repeat the training as often as you'd like.
