Benefits of Vedic Meditation
All of us are looking to make our lives easier - better sleep, improved relationships, less stress and anxiety, a sensible work/life balance and a greater sense of fulfilment.
There are many reasons why people want to learn to meditate. Some are overt and others subtle but in all cases when there is a willingness to let the technique of Vedic Meditation guide them the desired result comes about effortlessly.
Learning to deal with relationship anxiety
It's rare for someone not to want to be in relationship, but if that is the case it is probably because their spiritual path has taken them to the point where there is a completeness when alone, that a relationship might be an obstruction to their consciousness, and there is no need to participate in the world. This monastic approach is not for everyone.
What is Vedic Meditation and how do you practice it?
Meditation is found everywhere now in the form of apps, books, YouTube videos and online classes. Most people have tried some form of it and have mixed experiences of moving beyond their usual state of awareness and achieving what they want.
