Make time for a few days of deep rest and purification in our Rounding Retreat — a great opportunity to invest in your own wellness and state of consciousness. These weekends are extremely popular and sell out quickly.

These four days of meditation and advanced knowledge are one of the best ways to fast-track your development — one weekend retreat can deliver the benefits of three to six months of regular twice-a-day meditation. You will achieve higher states of awareness and bliss which can accelerate your 'eyes open' experience of life and rapidly advance your experiences in meditation.

Rounding retreats comprise three easily learnt and practiced elements: yoga postures (Asanas) designed to stimulate transcendence, special breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. The combination of these produces an ‘industrial strength’ change to your practice, which will stimulate and enhance deep rest, the release of stress and increased consciousness.

If you are not yet a Vedic Meditator you can learn to meditate while simultaneously participating in the weekend program. A retreat is a great way to get a life-long practice started in the company of like minded people.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of Deans Court, an 18th century house with 13 acres of garden, you will eat delicious Ayurvedic food, much of which will come from the kitchen garden which was the first organic garden in the country to be accredited by the Soil Association. The estate also has a herb garden, orchard, apiary and the River Allen chalk stream.
